Not exactly easy right now, but once you find one person, you can see who they are following and follow them. Also, some NOSTR clients let you see a global feed of all posts which is pretty chaotic but surprisingly useful sometimes. https://astral.ninja/feed has this
I totally agree with this. I saw #[0] 's comment about how other clients implement free likes. Good point, but also they will have spam problems. Not a problem imho. Rethinking of it as boosting/deboosting a post?
