Cool fact IRC also works over I2P , still very based with encrypted i2p tunel connection not needing SSL .

I already tried using deltachat with i2pmail and other email providers but looks like that only bigtech mails work with deltachat .

IRC is based if you want you can add an bot for your server in almost any language for handling 2fa if you want even TOTP tokens , while simpleXchat , XMPP , Matrix doesn't have anything about 2fa or an way to implement it on the protocols
