Zaps makes everything too transactional. But we should have a only zap client and a only votes client.

This is a NIP-94-protected image. They have not implemented this NIP yet.

It depends. They might not implement certain event kinds, there might be a relay issue, etc.

No, just regular relays that host Progressive Web Apps as Nostr events.
PWAs are cool. Relay-hosted PWAs are better.
