Following some BTC session video, I usually withdraw via Lightning and then swap to Liquid (AQUA) so I can peg out clean (and not to small) UTXO.

Very easy to do.
Summary
1) get all hardware (pi, SD card, 2TB SSD, etc.)
2) download balena etcher (to flash SD card)
3) download the lastest raspiblitz release
4) flash raspiblitz release to SD card via the etcher program
5) plug everything in to raspberry pi
6) turn on
7) go through setup & IBD
good. and can I do all these thing at the same time / running in parallel ?

In sound engeniring and electricity, you would use the "opposite" vibration to balance your phases. That's what audio XLR calbe do, for exemple.
