Dug and piled the basic material for this hugel bed this morning. Great way to start the day. I will leave it open to the rain for at least a couple weeks. When I put the dirt back on I will mix biochar rich chicken manure, which I have already added in with the branches.

I'm not seeing them as problems, more just nuances. I definitely block my time, and leave some spaces open for interpretation. My wife simply nudged me in the right direction.

I was about to dig a garden bed and my wife told me I need to paint. I have a showing of my paintings that opens later this month, it's for 3-6 months. So I need to finish about 5 pieces. I have around 25 pieces in total that I'm thinking of showing. I did start the day by finishing off a hugel bed. So I made a bunch of progress on 6 paintings.
Balancing life, and taking my wife's suggestion.
