The problems in the west started with racial and religious tolerance (of jews) and the church was always divided on that issue, with the more devote generally being in favor of nigger and jew freedom. Now that such tolerance has been normalize, every single church in the country is on board with it to some extent, and not a single Christian has become a racist because of his faith's teachings.

In nostr each user is ultimately in charge of what they don't see, and they can bypass censorship without losing their account. It's just a better system.

I don't mind nostr that much. If I really wanted to go back to fedi I'd just look into anonymous hosting options or something for my own instance. Not worth it though.

You were literally complaining about me taking steps to mitigate the issue, what are you on about? I use nostr cus I don't like the fedi due to who runs the big instances and how much power the protocol gives them, so I use an alternative without either of those flaws.

That instance literally used to be a loli instance and both it's owner and head admin are complete morons. Plus it's not a political instance, it's a drama instance. I'd rather just ask to be let into seal.cafe but as I said the whole system is broken.
