I don't think NDK includes any UI components. But otherwise, just feature wise, NDK has most of the things that you need. On a project I am working on I had to use nostr-tools along with NDK for certain things, but didn't have to write any nostr specific logic by hand.

There is a halving party being organized by a group of Indian Bitcoin-only companies and organizations.

I'm planning to host a nostr workshop followed by a hackathon, pre or post the halving party. I have a cost in mind, but not sure. Anyone wants to contribute to that?

Before discovering nostr I was working on ideas for a social network with signed JSON and lightning addresses on profile too. But my idea used HTTP instead of WS and every user would have chosen a single server to use and "interactions" such as likes, follows, mutes and blocks were to be handled by that server. Also that one server would have hosted your files as well, kina like NextCloud
