Just been talking with an acquaintance about the loss of valuable reputation data with Localbitcoins closing shop.
He told me that Paxful supports importing your reputation on Localbitcoins.
That's cool but wouldn't it be cooler if Localbitcoins would take a reputations snapshot for use in much more decentralized trading?
People were offering me many thousands of $ for my LB account. That's what that reputation is worth and to just delete it ... what a shame. I would probably pay LB for just keeping that DB available.

I meant like ... could we collect the data together? You can use my repo and adjust it to your needs and if we can agree on some format, both our page might be able to consume the same YAML files or JSON or whatever.
I started out making awesome-nostr machine-readable and enrich it by stuff you also added and I'm sure I have a ton of data you don't have yet. By forking that data out of the main nostr.info repo, I had hoped to get some collaboration going with others that try to make nostr more discoverable.

I'm thinking of turning each entry into a nostr event but for that I'm still trying to figure out how to collectively maintain such a body of entries.
Most clients right now are better described as DDOS tools, loading about x100 the data they actually need and multiple times if you navigate back and forth. We'll get there eventually but right now there is no server aka relay that would support charging for read load or any "load" for that matter. Paid relays only flip a switch, allowing the user's events to be stored there.
