The key is to stay away from processed food. Eat things with less than five ingredients and you'll lose weight. Starving yourself and or not eating carbs puts stress on your body which ends up making people binge eat and gaining weight again
TAKE TIME TO THANK A MOM TODAY!
GM BROTHER!
That movie is very hard to watch unless you're in the mood for it. That said, it's probably my favorite movie to come out of DC in a long time. The score makes the movie!
Doesn't even need to be intense. A hour walk while in the sun does wonders for ones mood
I'll have to check that out! How does it compare to signal?
You have to use nostr:npub1psm37hke2pmxzdzraqe3cjmqs28dv77da74pdx8mtn5a0vegtlas9q8970 for the swap
Blixt, Mutiny, Zeus work well with Boltz to swap between LN and on chain
The nostr:npub1jg552aulj07skd6e7y2hu0vl5g8nl5jvfw8jhn6jpjk0vjd0waksvl6n8n Green app version 2.0.5 has just dropped!

When coin control?
Easily enough with Green Wallet Tor can be enabled in settings with one click.
Yes it would help against someone getting into the wallet and being able to spend immediately. Of course, you do have to trust Green to give you valid receive addresses. If that's a concern, best to get a hardware wallet to verify the addresses
I'd start with Green wallet and setup a multisig account since it acts like a multisig without a hardware wallet. Definitely go with a 2fa authenticator instead of email or SMS and use Tor for privacy
Fucking sucks. At least they're giving users time to withdraw and delete their accounts
Appreciate the six months heads up. Thank you for your service 🫡
Make sure to get your funds out and delete your account. Sad day
