you have a valid point but imho, putting a price tag on contents is a bit uhmmm maybe not for me. I create contents according to my free time, free will, emotions, mindfck, etc. there will be times I may not be on here to provide contents for so-called "fans" so the daily living wage may not be it for some, but maybe create something like a family kind of ambience, like #TeamNOSTR kind of belonging, like say, if you see someone with good content, and hardly anyone zaps them good, and you happen to have some lightning to spend, then by all means, #ZapItUpButtercup
I would prefer voluntary, but would appreciate follows and camaraderie, or maybe offer to pay for a creator's paid relay, if anyone wants to have it programmed, so yeah

I was a total stranger, hadn't invited big-account peers from the bird app, thinking to test the waters first but it was like the door slammed shut on my face, like wtnf whatdanostrfock? thirdly, what's the target market?
what is #nostr offering to certain target markets that are in scarcity in places like the bird app, etc?
fourthly, what's nostr's edge over the reigning youknowwhat?
In any case, it would help to bear in mind, the basic economic principle - the law of supply and demand

meta, IG, twitter, tiktok, etc have made such eco principle their platform's mantra
tweeps needed to vent, get popular by posting nuclear drama. and that catapulted the bird app to the level that's being enjoyed by meta, IG, tiktok, et al. platforms thrived on them users' demands ever-so-doggedly
but we want to avoid that, and there are ways, believe me

The morgue manager of a very prestigious American university in the East Coast has been charged with selling body parts

The morgue manager was indicted on federal charges he stole body parts as part of a human-remains trafficking conspiracy involving his wife and others.
He allowed buyers into the school’s morgue to choose body parts from donated cadavers and transported heads, brains, skin, and bones to his home.
Investigators claim the morgue manager agreed to look for skin for his clients, for tanning the skin to create leather, and they also agreed to buy two dissected cadaver faces for $600 from the morgue manager in 2020.
His wife is accused of shipping the remains and operating a PayPal account that received $37,355 in proceeds from the conspiracy.
