I’m using #Damus and I don’t think the “unfollow” works properly. I unfollowed someone and it keeps appearing on my feed (and not because of reposts). Does anyone have the same issue?

I’m also off sugar and I just want to share a little tip that I found useful. When doing porridge instead of brown sugar I just add cinnamon. The taste of cinnamon feels like sugar. This could maybe help with other recipes as well!
At one point Iwas one caf and loads of decaf per day (had found this amazing decaf https://www.torrefazionecaffeargo.com/) but it’s not only the caffeine that is problematic for me, got some issues with my gut.
Truth is this. I just love coffee too much, I overindulge… so one in the morning and then it’s not even an option on the menu anymore.

Have you tried decaf? Or do you want to avoid decaf as well?
