Yes! I guess you could already post your inventory in notes, and handle orders via DM.
More advanced would be replaceable events, so you can replace the previous inventory. https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/33.md
Even better would be key-value storage, so you can update one item price / description / whatever at a time, without risking an overwrite of the whole inventory at a time. And similarly it would be useful for other applications.
I see people doing similar thing on Instagram. Posting products on feed,taking on order DM and using FIAT channel for payment. It work like a magic for them
