Mindset is everything. Some days it takes a bit more willpower, others less. I go ice swimming twice a week. You experience yourself in a completely different way. By the end of the season, we want to reach the 15-minute mark. Wish us luck.

Last Saturday we had three young ice swimmers with us. Even though most only went in up to their ankles, at least one of them made it all the way... at 9 years old! 💪🏻 Air temperature: 5°C, water temperature: 6°C.
