As we transition to a 501c3 nonprofit, we’re excited to announce Dr. Mark Stephany (nostr:npub12wu7095378nwykqs0yj39t7fjsvvglay26cajjuee80vtte0vyjsf482kk) as our interim board chair. Mark was previous host of #TPBPod and brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and experience to this role as an educator, author, physician & bitcoiner.
Nominated by Executive Director nostr:npub164q45vfa8prpl7f63stsl9qm9n22v6julkasjdqxjc8kevchsj0sp42rl3 , the board will vote on all positions, including chair, at the inaugural board meeting in early 2025.
Between now and then Mark will serve a critical role as we establish our bylaws and governance structure. Welcome [back] Mark!
