I'm weaning off using 20mg caffeine pills to avoid the headaches. Cold turkey would be no bueno for a serious addict like myself.
I had seen that but didn't look at it too close. What do I need to do to get that working? I added the bridge relays but don't know the other steps.
Did you notice any difference when you were off it?
Anyone working on quitting caffeine? That drug ain't a joke to get off!
