Okay. Grassroots movements do work. It happened here, where I live.

We had a corrupt board that was doing all kinds of shady shit. We worked together, as a community, and got them voted out in a landslide. It took four years of heavy lifting by some locals who had the time to go to every meeting in this township and a neighboring township. They have been live streaming the meetings on FB for all to see. Now our board consists of real locals (not a guy who just moved in), working for us.
