my immune system is on hyper at the moment... i have not been anywhere near any cat all day but my eyes are itchy and red like i have touched a cat and then my eyes

my chest is tight and my breating is more difficult than normal, though it's not as bad as it was yesterday

something i ate last night definitely has left me with an unusually intense allergic reaction, and it may be because it was the same thing again 3 days after the first time, which also gave a mild reaction

i have no idea what it could be... some preservative maybe, like BHT in the oil or something, or in the chilli sauce... or maybe some residue from the wood used in the spit my food was cooked in?

i don't get it, but this is a really really unpleasant allergic reaction, i haven't had this kind of multi-day reaction since i was stupidly eating bread for weeks on end again even though i strongly suspected i was allergic

it was only a month ago i finally realised that i have celiac, based on the presence of a red bumpy skin rash that is very frequently associated with a celiac allergic reaction

so, idk what it is today but i'm still fucking pissed off because if i'd just ate regular goat leg roasted over coals i severely doubt that this would have happened

yeah, for all i know it's some margerine or some fucking bullshit

the "officeal" nutrition guidance is so bad it's incredible... i mean, this shit goes back way way way back before vaccines became gene therapies as well... and all the other shit, the maltodextrin, the artificial sweeteners

i just feel awful tonight, i'm really pissed off i'm totally shunning that place now, i already asked him clearly twice for something and he serves up this shit and two days i'm feeling like hell because of it not being what i asked for
