It's 2023 and most still don't get that Satoshi's genius had very little to do with the blockchain and everything to do with combining Proof of Work & The Difficulty Adjustment.
The more uncertain the future, the more money you're going to feel you need to compensate. Yet saving that money is a losing proposition because it requires extra work investing to keep up with inflation.
So many people refuse to buy Bitcoin because they think they're too late. That's envy talking, not any considered analysis.
You're poor, you just think you're not because your salary is based on the dollar from 10 years ago.

Spoke at 2 AI events yesterday. One with a friend already deploying intelligence robots for work.
Good news - Our AI and productivity gains from it is the worst it will ever be right now.
Bad news - Overwhelmed by how many people are still stuck in a system whereby prices need to rise (through the manipulation of money) and can’t see the consequences.
Glad to be here on #Nostr with so many who understand that #Bitcoin allows that productivity to flow to society in the form of lower prices versus stealing the productivity and centralizing and concentrating it in our AI overlords.
How much of your time is spent worrying about what others say and do?
And what would be possible if you could stay above that noise and reallocate the time to the people and things your care most about?
There is no “they”. Only “we”.
When “we” use our own power, versus reinforcing “theirs” —- the world changes.

If a small group of people could convince almost the entire world that inflation (theft in money) was good for them, can you imagine what a centralized version of AI could do.
#Bitcoin and #Nostr provide immunity.
So many people stuck in the wrong paradigm of what is happening with #Bitcoin adoption due to thinking through a reserve currency bias and the corresponding logic of how a debt based system works on top of that reserve...... versus a monetary network with a bearer instrument that has unlimited velocity in the technology stack….removing the need for that debt.
Two completely different models with the latter slowly repricing the former.
Being an expert in how the economy works without understanding disruptive technology today is similar to having expertise with horses in 1895.

To me, it is remarkable that:
1) Almost everyone on the planet seems to be “using/training” AI to make themselves more efficient without realizing that the improvement comes at the expense of their long term income.
And
2) While doing so, they advocate/reinforce a monetary/political system that pushes prices higher through manipulated money.
And
3) They fail to see the consequences of those 2 diametrically opposed paths.
Shows how many people only think in only first order effects.

While some people don’t want to question the lie, eventually it becomes so obvious they finally notice.
