Off to dinner with my largest client.. always nervous

Told a story to my staff about the time I took over a building from a person that gave their 32 unit apartment building to their son which ran it to the ground,.

For one year, they were trying to get rid of the tenants in the building because they were full of drug dealers and pimps ..

So, when they hired me, I went downtown to find who was the most recognized scariest person everyone knew .. and hired him to serve eviction notices in the entire building, and it was cleaned out in one week…

Speaking people’s language on whatever level is key to anything..

Yes they did trials on our phones.. plus the area had an exit plan we all were supposed to attend.. but I didn’t go..
