you might be right about the few percentage of bitcoin they might get and the power it gives them.

anyway, I can't believe they'll play such a big game with our rules without trying to cheat.

the only thing I know for sure is that I'll hodl my BTC to the end, being it 10.000.000 dollars or 0

the vast majority of people are already valuing dollars and jpeg more than Bitcoin 🤷🏻‍♂️ it won't be hard to make them value the "next big thing".

I want to stress this point again: bitcoiners (I mean, those that understand and give value to Bitcoin for what it truly is) are a small minority of the population.

We would need to orangepill everybody before the ETF is approved.

they can convince everybody with enough marketing (that they can afford). Also, they don't need to convince those who buys Bitcoin with through them. they get the dollars and they buy whatever they call Bitcoin.

also, once there's a good Bitcoin that institution and media recognize, the other Bitcoin will be dumped.

keep in mind that we are a very small minority. most of the bitcoiner are here only for the profit and don't mind dump everything for something more profitable (unfortunately)

they could also switch to POS and became the hero of the "green" for having saved the world from the "Bitcoin environmental disaster".

I had a TDAmeritrade account and had a couple of dividend stocks. Each quarter i get a small dividend, then when I remember, I'd use that cash to buy more shares of the stock.

Then Schwab took over TD and I decided I was overdue to login to Schwab and check things and buy more dividend shares. I was just about to buy, then it hit me...

The #bitcoin #ETF seems to be coming soon. Instead of buying stock shares, I could buy shares of the ETF instead. If I did it each quarter, it would basically be quarterly DCAing bitcoin.

Yes, I know it's not buying bitcoin and is custodial, but the alternatives are either (a) buying stock as id been doing or (b) moving small amounts of cash out of Schwab to an exchange and buying BTC...not practical. The ETF seems a great option to me in thus case.

What you are talking about is not a communist system, it was a socialist in one country. Communism is not based on the power of a central government, its exactly the opposite. What you refer to maybe is what Marx and Engels referred to a “bridge” system, which in fact it has been tried and was clearly a failure.

But also I think the that you are mislead as violence has always been part of any society. For example soon after the WWII English basically created concentration camps for jews in Palestine!!!
