The whole reason the smat-app.com scraper has to be blackholed is well, look what happened to FSE a few months back. BoardReader was scraping them and the FBI was paying for access, searching anyone talking about assassinating a certain banker to find an arrest. Even as the offending post was deleted, the FBI contacted the wrong instance about it.
