Defintion for privacy is probably needed. There is more privacy in btc than in the current system. Is it perfect? No. But better, I would argue yes
Whoever came up with the idea of a creditcard that has the security details to spend on one side (credit card number and expiry) and the extra security details on the other (CVC) was a genius!!
Maybe we could find a better way to digitally secure and spend funds!

Financial privacy provided via bitcoin is actually how it has been for most of human history. The government and bank employees shouldn't know how much $$ I have actually. A feature and a bug of humans is that we adapt quickly and forget.
