Time's short and they're counting on obscurity: please let German politicians know how horrifying their reversal would be.

I'm pretty confident without our service she would currently be in/out of prison, prob costing millions.

It's very hard to quantify outcomes in those sorts of services I worked in, which is why they are often in the crosshairs when cuts are made. I imagine with all the support she had, it prob cost close to 100k to fix her.

Just bumped into one of my students from when i was a teacher of naughty bastards (I managed to squeeze a B+ out of her for ICT🚀). It was an expensive 1-1 service, but they were a broken lot, mostly youth offending.

Now shes a human rights lawyer. This is EXACTLY why its okay for society to spend a little more on fixing broken young people. No one could possibly know the havoc she used to cause 😂, now shes a well-rounded successful adult👌

This is how #bitcoin made me rich.

It does have a lot of propaganda yes, and the agenda is quite clear.

But it is far from coercive.

Nobody is mandated to look at the feed or even use the app. They have the choice to switch to the chronological feed. Or delete the app and deactivate their account.

I worry that, unless the tide turns soon, the Internet I fell in love with may cease to exist, and in its place, we will have something closer to a souped-up version of TV – focused largely on passive consumption, with much less opportunity for active participation and genuine human connection.
