#nostr is an escape from algos that care more than anyone else about what you say.

Yet no one is liable for what voices the algos amplify

Ain’t that convenient.

Nostr is how social media should work. It’s not just for “freedom lovers.” It’s simply a more sane communication protocol without artificially boosted and suppressed content.

This is the new normal.

Buying Bitcoin is easy. Studying it takes effort. Many exchanges and on-ramps are not concerned by how you’ll keep your #BTC through regime changes and hostile tax environments. They’ll hand over all your data to whatever government lets them continue selling BTC for fiat.

Frogs are boiling in most places where you look.

At the minimum, learn how to self-custody, or you’ll have no FU cards left to play one day.

follow (at)TonyTheLion2500 on X. They had lots of maths energy last time I was into learning more

Bitcoin is the first thing in human history that you can genuinely own as your own forever.

Naturally, some will feel like, “Should I really be owning this?” “Why do I need so much power?” “Maybe I should just let some institution do it for me?”

That’s how it has always been, after all. Money itself was not king. Some royal face had to be stamped on coins.

The status quo will abuse your self-doubt, but Satoshi has provided every one of us with freedom if we choose to own it and protect it.

Bitcoin is King 👑 Satoshi’s face is your face.

a misinformation campaign is targeting Bitcoin self-custody.

if you don’t know how to self-custody, you don’t know how to own Bitcoin

any “yield” they’re trying to sell is either

a) garbage

b) a scam

very few Americans actually held significant amounts of gold at the time. The average person during the Great Depression didn’t have large holdings of gold coins or bullion.

The confiscation mainly affected wealthier individuals, banks, and businesses. It was primarily aimed at stopping gold hoarding by financial institutions and individuals with substantial gold holdings.

in other words, continue to stack sats and self-custody

go the extra mile: get KYC-free BTC when you can. Stop telling people how much Bitcoin you have. Learn about ecash (cashu) and silent payments (sp1)

If you comply with everything they tell you to do, they’ll take your Bitcoin - you’ll give it to them. That’s why it’s important to learn how to tell people to go fuck themselves

it’s on you to safeguard your property

DCA is for habit-building

later, you just don't own fiat

make that someone else's problem

stack sats

Don’t listen to billionaires about matters that don’t affect them. What they say is more likely in their own best selfish interest and that of other billionaires. They are not us.

not your keys, not your coins

you can’t own Bitcoin any other way

if you don’t own the custodian, you have no business trusting them

if you don't fight for your property rights, they will not be respected

forget cuck social 😄

I don’t see it as “crypto anarchy”. It’s about the individual gaining more power than they ever had in history. It’s all about you, and it’s a beautiful thing.

cryptography is how you tell govs to go fuck themselves while they know absolutely everything about you.

you have no power without knowledge and usage of cryptography.
