Just finished my 3rd #MuayThai sparring session and, man, has age caught up with me.

Used to be so active, as a kid and teenager. Was always involved in a sport.

For almost 12 years in school, almost every break between classes, was spent outside playing football.

In highschool, I had Rugby training 6 times a week, and matches on the 7th day.

I began neglecting this aspect of my life, once I started working and going to university.

If your in your early 20s, don't wait until you're in your 30s, to pick up a sport or workout. Keep yourself active, one way or another.

The Romans had it right with "Mens sana in corpore sano".
