I'm on holiday for 3 weeks starting from today so I'm going to Muay Thai morning classes instead of the evening ones. Can't wait to feel the difference between training after a full day of work and do it with a fresh body!

I really missed this mobility routine; it had been a few weeks since I had done it. Really effective as soon as you wake up in the morning!

Myanmar has never had political stability since gaining independence 76 years ago.
The latest coup was in 2021, banks were drained, and the local currency lost 60% of its value in the following months.
Rebels have since been using CRYPTO to finance themselves.
They declared TETHER as the official currency ๐
They launched a stablecoin and a crypto bank on the Polygon network that accesses Uniswap pools for buying and selling currencies.
They even created a digital lottery and boycotted the national Myanmar lottery, which saw its revenue drop by 80% ๐
The rebels have raised about $100 million in recent years.
They even auctioned "revolutionary bonds": buyers could receive a share of a deposed general's mansion, for example.
But this $100 million is nothing compared to the nearly $1 billion that the junta has invested in the war since the coup.
This ASYMMETRY of resources suggests a protracted conflict with no end in sight.
The junta is unable to eliminate all the decentralized insurgency hotspots... but it can exhaust them financially.

I'm taking him 1 or 2 times a week to this lady whose job is training dogs specifically for rescuing people in rubble.
You work alone and in a group with other people/dogs to learn the basics such as conduct, recall, sit, stay, not snapping at other dogs or people, etc... You learn how to communicate with the dog, understand it, correct it, reward it and anticipate misbehavior/dangerous behavior.
Training with my dog tonight went really well; I am amazed at the results we are getting. I'm looking forward to the mountain trip we have coming up on Saturday!
