Listened to both. There’s a lot that resonates with me like no doubt, it is like that. The podcast is not really my vibe, I guess it’s the effects and the storytelling that is a bit much for me. But it was worth a listen and all I have heard was inspiring. Still processing. Thanks for the tip. 🙏🏽

Feel free to continue posting your discoveries using #Artstr and #Urbanart. Thank you for sharing your unique findings.

One of my favorite pieces of #Urbanart is this intervention in public space created by the Underground artist collective Rocko and his Brothers.

👀Keep an eye out for the next #Artstr topic, coming on Tuesday with a lill twist. https://video.nostr.build/dd491c1f1069725d94cb89380398277d662a7ced6b768cd7b002be7ea66fa579.mp4

You take a sophisticated barista who conjures up a latte macchiato with double espresso on the rocks and enjoy it in the sun. :) 🫂

Had to google the artist John Ahearn. I came across an article with the title "whose Art is it ". In general, it's about the debate on what art in public spaces should look like. It's about representation and confrontation. Interesting read.

Found a few of his sculptures online and I am impressed. It simply depicts people and normalizes that a biography that is “controversial” is not an exclusion criterion in art. The opposite is the case. His dignified treatment of people also makes his art shine. A little sentimental ☺️but great. Thanks for the submission. 🙏🏽

I had to think about it for a long time. Let me know if you are coming to a conclusion :)

Thank you.You are right, he and his team are great innovators. I’ve been to his Studio and follow his work since he was Professor at the University of Arts here.
