i think girls are motivated by hierarchies of prestige, beauty and wealth, instead of leaderboards, their rewards are a bit more abstract and less linear

there are preferred game types for females as well, they often have to do with social status and adornments, i haven't even thought about this really just I know that playing WoW gave me a lot of motivation and was a good motivational psychology model for me at the age of like 27 lol

When I was 16 I earned some Mon on PayPal through the internetz. And I used it to buy some books of my favourite movies at the time.

I bought "The Godfather" and "Fight Club" and "Trainspotting" among others. Original language and all.

I started reading them perhaps without fully understanding.

But immersing myself in the story, getting meanings through context and having a dictionary around, helped me to improve and keep learning.

My bestie turned 2 years old today.
