We found this dog in our yard 12 years ago along with his sister. The neighbors had 4 of these and didn’t start looking till weeks later. They let us keep the boy but took the sister back.
Poor 12 year old dog is now afraid of the weather. Gave him some calming gummies. 
I love it when 30 minute meetings are over in 15 and don’t expand to the allotted time.
