1. The workouts (it is 87 and 109% humidity here)

2. Water. No problem in this heat.

Happy that the motivation problem of yesterday did not hit me today. Im liking being able to pair some farm projects in as a wotkout so long as I get my heart rate up enough and keep her there. Lets just say running a wheelborrow full of wet wood chips up my hill does that, no problem.

Tomorrow I get to swim laps abd I cannot wait!
