The whole world is under levothyroxine.

Tens of millions of people take it. It’s actually one of the most prescribed medications in the world.

Once you start to take it, you can’t stop.

In the United States alone, about 20 million people have some form of thyroid disease, and levothyroxine is the #1 most prescribed drug in the country, with over 100 million prescriptions written annually.

It’s primarily used to treat hypothyroidism, a condition where the thyroid doesn’t produce enough hormones.

Anyone know any other solutions to this?

There are a lot of possible causes of low thyroid, but usually autoimmune disease. When the thyroid cannot produce enough hormone, doctors will give levothyroxine to replace the low hormone. This typically suppresses any residual hormone production from the thyroid. Low thyroid can cause a lot of serious symptoms and can be life threatening if not treated. Listen to your doctor and treat if you are symptomatic or the levels are seriously low.

Canada exports $400B+ in stuff to the U.S. per year.

Mexico does another $400B, and China does $500B.

So assuming buying pattern don’t change, which they will, the best the US will get is $250B from the 25% and 10% tariffs. Not abolishing the income tax with this. I’m just looking at more taxes.
