A lot of people think this / COVID is as bad as it can get. No. A hot WW3 is entirely possible. Infact I'd wager the only thing that could stop it is bitcoin adoption.
People don't zap because they can just react emoji.
How do you perceive bitcoin, appreciate the mathematics and engineering that's gone into it and say "you know what, whoever created this feat of engineering used the wrong number for the block space, let's change it because it'll make it better"

There are plenty of highly intelligent people who will be laggards / never get it.
Bitcoin is like an ambiguous painting, but if you can see what the artist did, it's a masterpiece and tells you the meaning of life or something.
People who look at the painting can be split into three groups
1) get it straight away, probably nihilistic about things
2) don't get it straight away but look into it until they love it or hate it
3) don't get it, dont care, it's weird and crazy so can't be a thing
How fast a learner or problem solver you are doesn't affect which group you'll end up in.
It's not meant that way, I used to think bitcoin was more or less an IQ test...
Being a bitcoiner shows somebody has good judgement rather than high intelligence
Bitcoin doesn't have a privacy problem, it has a transparency solution.
