How will this censorship then be bypassed?
I Believe that to avoid this some servers should be invisible in official lists, to allow them to be "under the Radar" of censorship

Não é difícil bloquear relays. É mandar os DNS bloquearem os endereços, ou bloquear os IPs deles.
Já com TOR daí é outra estória

É pq em país islâmico eles pensam o dia e noite em Deus, e tentam seguir tudo a risca. Não abrem brecha pra sair do caminho que Deus deu a eles.

No Brasil a gente fala que tem liberdade sexual, mas na verdade não tem. Quando tinha 13 anos o pessoal da escola zoava quem não tinha feito sexo com uma qualquer. Now, to compensate it, some states have the freedom to fine grain their laws, instead of using a one size fits all principle.
I hope that the states adjusts this to avoid child holocaust, but also to avoid mother's and babies having to suffer horribly in a case like one you described
