What I’m seeing is people will eventually pull their money out of local banks and move them to the big banks that are “too big to fail” because the FDIC has promised to 100% guarantee big banks, but will keep the $250,000 limit for local.

So a few big banks failed, but this will lead to more trust in big banks and tighter centralization.

Is there a future where onchain funds in a lightning wallet can be secured using a hardware wallet ? 🤔

It would probably be good for you, such a sudden shift would mean a total collapse of the USD which is still the reserve currency of the world. Poor countries, the unbanked, 40% of the world having no access to internet to have access to Bitcoin, the 98% of the world who yet do not own Bitcoin will be left behind. The fiat system is doomed but it must remain on ICU until the world is ready for a $1M Bitcoin.

I also suspect that if this should happen you will have to sell your stack to survive such a scenario wherever you may be.

Honestly. Here is what is amazing to me.

I’m not some rich trader. I live in my double wide with my family, moving soon to another double wide.

Maybe I’m wrong, thinking most of you are like me. But honestly, I’d rather die knowing I gave back as much as I can to a community like you, sure there are some bad apples. That’s life. But nothing give me more joy than spreading love among all of you 🤜🤛 and I won’t ever give that up 🤍🫡
