ahh!! it comes across perfectly, thank you for the explanation!! 🤣 i think so far my impression of the stylistic differences between japanese posts and english posts is a funny one. so far, it seems like i see a great amount of very personal observations or references to daily life, more journalistic and like a snapshot, whereas english posts are very much focused on abstraction and fast-paced meta-referencing language. are these things fair to say? i’m not sure! this is my very early impression that kind of makes me laugh a bit internally because it also feels culturally significant given how it felt to be on bluesky today with the influx of “high profile shit posters”. i am so curious to know how life feels in the information streams of social media platforms of other languages!!
