That episode popped up in my podcast feed following the Charlie Kirk assassination.

I decided not to listen on my ride home from work, in unusual silence and prayer. It was the right choice.

Getting married and having kids is the fork in the road for self-growth. Everything changes after. Empathy, love, patience, self-sacrifice... all the good attributes.

Praying for Charlie’s family, and playing with my son a little extra today. Charlie was clearly a good and loving dad, and I’m praying for his wife and two children. Knowing his ability to play with his children and vice-versa has been stolen from a mere difference of opinion makes me sick to my stomach. Few things get me emotional, but knowing demonic forces ripped apart a loving family hits me hard. #RIP #ChristisKing
