My expirement of recording podcasts to cassettes continues. My podcasts consumption has dropped to basically one per day, because I first have to make the recording. You can't 2x. But you can reuse the tape.

But, I've become much more thoughtful about what to listen to. It's much more selective. I think I'll try to continue this.

Is it working for you? I have not tried 3d printing of them yet but I've tried some knock offs and have been disappointed.

I don't know what kind of plastic magic lego has but it is unique. There is probably a better standard that can be developed optimized for 3d printing though.

This is the FiiO cp13. It is a modern walkman, with USBC charging and internal lipo batter for maybe 20 hours. The sound is not as good as decks of past but it is portable and otherwise nice.

It has one major flaw which it has no belt clip. If you add them I suggest this configuration because the battery us quite heavy, you need two clips.

But it's quite stable. I was on the Prague metro for a few days with it and it has been attached to my hip otherwise.

It's about 100 USD on Amazon.
