I've been enjoying avocado oil. It has a higher smoke point than olive oil and I tend to like pre heat my skillet quite a bit.
It definitely has a different flavor to it, but I'd recommend trying it!

Yeah so, first day of btc is wrapped up. What to think? Well, I went to zero talks but I had some super fascinating 1 on 1 conversations with total strangers.
And conversations went from hardware wallet technicals to art to music to more.
So idk, on one hand there's a lot of the curated experiences I just skipped but it does bring a decent crowd of awesome plebs.
Tomorrow you can't bring any bags in the building which probably include cassette 💼. So that's lame but there's a great music scene going on too.

Probably one of the coolest art exhibits. It's crazy but basically the leds are visitations of different bitcoin data. Also, clouds are metaphor for bitcoin as they are permissionless and beautiful 🤯
