conventional thinking is counter intuitive when building a bitcoin startup, especially more apparent the further away from the Bitcoin spigot your startup is, that friction between you and that spigot should be removed at all costs, most conventional thinking will not help you in that respect, which is why we see startups struggle with mrr

It is belief.
It is only when they face that first major obstacle that their proficiency truly shines through. Simply reinforcing those unique skill sets during that time, helps them tremendously.
The exceptional qualities of Bitcoin founders lie in the unique skill set each of them possesses. Not a lot of them see those right away.
