Went from event coordinator to builder recruitment to venture discussion to hackerspace mgmt to design work to ending the day filming on location working with talent.
The amount of different hats a founder has to wear these days can give you whiplash.
LeArNiNg the fastest way to grow your startup is in adjacent industries.
I am so dumb. But I am glad I can share this piece of advice to THE NOSTR.
The human brain has an interesting way of filling in the gaps.
The first group continuously contributes to the growth of the creation and moves into the second room.
The second group initially leaves but returns later, once the first group has developed the creation enough to provide a clear path, allowing them to feel comfortable joining in to help grow the idea further.
A creation should ideally begin as a simple idea, allowing it room to grow through various interpretations and interactions.
1. The first group engages with the idea, filling in the information and becoming aware of what needs to be interpreted.
2. The second group does not resonate with what they see and chooses to walk away.
Both paths lead to the same outcome.
When an idea is kept simple, it becomes like a room with two doors—each invites those who encounter the room to choose their path, go back the way they came in or continue forward into the next room. Leading to two outcomes.
There is something powerful about creating a simple idea or use case.
Now its time to sleep for 4 hrs and do it all over again.
In other words, celebrate progress, not perfection.
Always best to focus on incremental achievements rather than the pursuit of an unattainable ideal.
In all seriousness tho something to be said about how bad you really want something to become a reality.
