I have the similar issue and cant Transfer my on-chain funds. After closing the channel I see in the pop-up the following text "Channel closed because of an exception: closing_signef negotiation failed to finish within two timer ticks". I can only see the channel ID, so how can I get more information about the transaction?
I see so much talk about fedimint, but noone seems to have the balls to really create one and to publish the invite code.
Why is this so? I'd be happy to risk some sats

I see lots of people using WoS or LightingTipBot for zapping. So in most cases a custodial wallet. As I am doing it myself.
But: why not using a cashu wallet which is also custodial but has the near perfect ecash privacy? I ask myself why isn't there a service like the tipbot out there that uses ecash? When I research I only find ways to become a mint myself for others... My assumption is that it is too much of a regulatory risk to become a cashu mint?
I finished almost one year ago. Since than I am eagerly waiting that fedimint becomes "reality". I am still convinced that it will be widespread adopted

I started being interested in #fedimint in 2021 and it became a part in my master thesis. Fascinating how fedimint became almost famous among plebs and controversial in 2022. In 2023 there seems to be even talks about how to integrate with nostr.
I know that many plebs are just ignoring the project because of the custodial aspect, but for me the privacy was always the mindblowing next big thing.
I cant wait to join a fedimint federation, hope it will soon be possible.
