I'm definitely ready for the election to be over. While I do hope for a Trump presidency, I still go back and forth on whether the voting matters. I don't understand how anyone can look at Kamala and say she's a competent person, but I think in a meritocracy and leftists generally don't.

I can feel the tension in the air today that will last through tomorrow, but I'm just ready to get back on with our lives.

There are many things where you can see this play out:

Eat healthy and workout now, or live the "easy" life and sufferer monumentally more medical problems later.

Nurture your children and teach them morals through example and coaching so that they'll want to take care of you in old age, or dump them in daycare and public schools for them to dump you in a nursing home later.

Live on the edge of your income, never saving and have no recourse when a true emergency hits, or have some savings for the unexpected so you can roll with the punches.

Trust in the fiat system and watch the walls close in, the fire rise higher, and become a slave to the state because you trusted their paper... Or switch to #bitcoin and go through tough years of volatility, fighting for every sat while people around you call you an idiot, but be financially sovereign in the end.

The choice is yours.
