Personal opinion but I believe that there is a major typo in the constitution. That mistake is in the clause about freedom of religion, I believe the founding fathers should have written done freedom FROM religion.

In an increasingly digital world, surrendering our data is no longer consensual when opting out of the system would leave us without a majority of goods, services, opportunities, and information—equivalent to exile.

However, I remain optimistic only because I closely follow the people building a future where surrendering our data is longer necessary.
