This weekend, the Swiss National Bank had an open day event. As a souvenir, every visitor had the opportunity to take a bag of shredded Swiss franc bills for free. The SNB shreds 50 million Swiss franc bills per year. (10+ billion in value)
My bag consisted of 20 bills, mostly CHF 1000 bills.
