Experimentation is how decentralized intelligence learns. And Bitcoin is now learning at human scale.

You can store and zip Bitcoin around the world. Strike differs, still can’t send money to it. Cashapp on the other hand and think even PayPal you can send and receive. Real wallets.

There are what they call custodian wallets like Strike, cashapp which would fall under that category.

You can technically back it up to an offline storage device and becomes cold storage.

Hardware wallets will become cheap enough soon for you under bitcoin. Have a good night.

I like BTC core wallet. It’s a different kind of wallet from the others, where there is no pass phrase standard to choose as its security mechanism

Same thing as far as I know. But maybe where you saw this would provide more context. Was it a hot wallet you use?

Backup keys as far as I know are just methods of backing up your private key. Some hot wallets for the devices even use QR codes, so you can transfer more easily from one to the other.

That is the difference than keeping the wallet with the private key stored on desktop. You can still monitor your savings balance.

No private key to steal while desktop connected to internet is a good thing.

There are cheap desktop wallets like Sparrow where you create the wallet, secure your pass phrase, and then delete it, and create a watch only wallet from it. In the future when you need to access to recharge your hot wallet, you can recreate the wallet again to send. As a watch only, you can still generate new addresses to receive. Also, run your own node. Connect it to your node when you want to send.

Who is in charge of Earth? Is a question I never often get.

Jamie Dimon is playing rocks paper scissor game. I believe he is good since paper covers rock

Joe Biden announces he has confidence in the magic money machine (Jerome Powell)

The strength of #Bitcoin purchasing power lies within its own network, not outside it.

What’s up with 7/8ths of coffee on shelf being decaf? What’s the point of decaf in the first place?
