Can you help me design a front cover? I already have a concept that you can use as a starting point.
Sure, but at least the results are more satisfactory. With stock images, you must settle for a certain representation that you think is good enough.
Prompting the AI is slightly more creative and leads to more interesting results 🤷🏻♂️
Yup, bought a Midjourney subscription for it 😇
It's more creative and stylish than stock images.
I love every little glitch, it adds up to the intended look in ways that no human would have conceived 😜
Kind of like glitchy digital audio from the 1980s, it has a character of its own thanks to these small imperfections. When the generation will become perfect, I'm pretty sure that humans will demand for filters to add glitches 🙃
This is what bankers look like in the upcoming BTCTKVR magazine 🏦 😱

Back in November 2008, James A. Donald became the first person to publicly respond to Satoshi Nakamoto on the cryptography mailing list.
His feedback was clear and simple: the blockchain design doesn't scale and the bitcoin currency requires a fast network like BitTorrent. With this comment, James A. Donald foresaw the creation of the Lightning network – Bitcoin's second layer, which took another 9 years to get launched ⚡

Come to Pizza Day at Paralelni Polis next month to witness this beauty in person 🤩

During S13 E10 of the Bitcoin Takeover Podcast, I’ve asked Hampus (creator of Bloxt wallet) to tell me about his unpopular opinions on BTC.
He chose to talk about the “Bitcoin is perfect” thesis, which he believes is wrong. According to Hampus, there are still privacy and scalability additions to be made and advocates of ossification should understand that there’s still a lot to be improved.
What do you think? 🤔

The Lightning Network was first deployed on the Bitcoin mainnet in 2017 – but in its early days, it was pretty rough and not very user-friendly.
For a couple of years, it was too difficult to use in a non-custodial way – it required channel opening and management, a good understanding of network routing principles, and a minimum amount of proficiency in command line interactions.
Historically speaking, there have been notable early attempts to make the Lightning Network easy and accessible to everyone: the Casa node being a great example of a device which attempted to put all the sovereign features in a box.
However, it wasn’t until Electrum integrated ACINQ’s trampoline transactions and mobile wallets such as Breez, Phoenix, Muun, and Blixt landed on the scene that non-custodial Lightning was truly easy.
Today, a wallet like Blixt enables you to privately open your own well-connected channels without having to do any kind of maintenance work – you only make an on-chain transaction and pay the setup fee, and then after 1 confirmation you’re good to go.
Today, Lightning is finally simple, accessible, and ready for mass adoption. Nonetheless, there are still improvements to be made and in the coming years we’re going to witness lots of refinements in both transaction routing and user experience.
Not only that, but 3rd layers such as RGB and Fedi will extend the functionality of the network by adding features that replicate today’s financial applications.

Bitcoin is great, but the software that runs it is far from being complete and agreeing on ossification will only cause bigger problems over the next century.
In S13 E10, Blixt wallet creator and lead developer Hampus Sjöberg explains that Bitcoin will need 3 hard forks in the coming decades and why it’s important to consider solutions for these problems before fixes become imminent. Though the bitcoin currency might be perfect, the underlying software still needs improvements and it’s better if we become aware of it and keep our eyes open for the best proposals out there.

South Park made me want to buy a Japanese toilet 😂
I don't have a good April Fools joke, but I prepared a demo of my upcoming magazine.
Here's some info about it:
– it's gonna be called "BTCTKVR: Breaking FUD"
– it's a man vs AI battle in which I debunk Chat GPT's misconceptions about Bitcoin
– it will be open source, so anyone around the world can read it, distribute it, modify it & print their own copies
– I will have the first prints in Prague at Pizza Day
– the plan is to have it translated in as many languages as possible using fundraising campaigns on Geyser, so people around the world get rid of some popular miscpnceptions & prejudice then hopefully stay away from the promises of shitcoins

Where do Bitcoin ATMs get their BTC from? 🏧
Well, it depends on how the operators set up their machines. In most cases, the machines are connected to exchange accounts through a company bank account.
But there are also cases where ATM operators sell bitcoin from their own wallets and bypass the need to rely on a centralized exchange – however, this depends on local regulations.
Listen to S13 E9 of the Bitcoin Takeover podcast to learn more about how Bitcoin ATMs work from Martijn Wismeijer, marketing manager at @generalbytes 🔥
