Sergej Kotliar, CEO of Bitrefill, explains what is Full RBF: the standardized implementation of Replace by Fee, which received a lot of developer support for the purpose of cancelling unconfirmed transactions or bumping fees.
However, during this debate, Sergej argues that the adoption of Full RBF is detrimental to commerce and merchants. Bitrefill is one of the businesses that accepts to take the risk of accepting unconfirmed transactions that don’t signal RBF (and therefore can’t be changed by the sender) for the purpose of speeding up the trade.
