I was more of a Randy Savage maximalist back then 😂

I think the core of nostr being friendly, helpful, and productive human beings sets the baseline expectation for human interaction here, and it's contagious. New nostriches pick up on it and propagate the vibe.

The lack of ad rev parasitism and algorithm fuckery will prevent nostr from backsliding into that toxic soup of outrage farming that became social media's calling card.

Nostr gives me hope, and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this space with all of you 🫂

This is my greatest nutrition hack.

170g plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey

Cinnamon

Dash of vanilla extract

120 calories

16g protein

Tastes like dessert, low cal, high protein, high satiety, and without the added sugar and other garbage they put in what passes for yogurt in the supermarket isle. And it's fast and easy to make.

GM to everyone who drinks coffee. And everyone who doesn't.

Ah, sorry. Bad habit. I'm using amethyst

Once you click on the hashtag link, there's a follow button in the upper right hand corner of the next screen. I just never saw it before.

GN nostr. Always a pleasure to hang out w/ you all.

Everyone would lose their godamned minds.

If that happens the irony would be me suddenly seeing fellow humans as more of an immediate threat than spindly xenos with laser guns.

I love this idea. I fear that a troll with deep pockets will queue up 'Never gonna give you up' a thousand times though 😂

I suppose your right, I guess I was just expecting more of a conclusion tweet that it just ending abruptly.

I don't want to say for fear of accidentally spoiling it for anyone who might read the series in the future... But they are from the Dresden Files.

What the actual fuck Butcher? They deserved plot armor 😢

I think transhumanism is a tragedy waiting to unfold.

I don't have a problem with people facing extreme limitations making an informed decision about the risks, but I fear that this tech will spread into the consumer realm over time.

I'm working my way up to concealed carry. I have some rough goals for myself that I'm working toward before I'm willing to make the leap though.

I think it's generally a good idea and I applaud people who do so responsibly. Relying on others to provide protection for your life is a good way to get hurt or killed. Risk happens fast.
