If you have been voting for politicians who promise to give you goodies at someone else’s expense, then you have no right to complain when they take your money and give it to someone else, including themselves.

Every single Google software/service is just an excuse to gather a shit ton of information about you. It's basically all spyware. They use:
🔸 Gmail to scan your emails.
🔸 Gboard to keylog everything you type on your phone.
🔸 Google Chrome to track all your browsing history.
🔸 Google Ads to track you accross the web.
🔸 Google Cloud to scan and spy on all your files.
🔸 Google Photos to scan and spy on all your photos.
🔸 Google Pay to track your purchase history.
🔸 Google AI's to track all your prompts.
🔸 Their earch engine to track your searchs.
🔸 Youtube to track your interests and watch history.
Various apps like Calendar, Notes, and Tasks are all collecting data about you aswell. A single company knows all your life. Google controls your life, because you let them.
They are in bed with the government as well, so everything about you will be shared when SHTF. Don't wait any longer, delete your Google account, stop using their services, take control of your data, your privacy and your life.
Exit Google.
Most apps are SaaS & one question. If you don't have internet how you gunna download your emails to cache them offline? 😂
I think what you might be looking for is https://github.com/Betterbird/
You seem to have missed the point twice. What I meant was that when I open the apps, they should download the data and store it locally as cache, so I can access it offline. Their mobile apps already have this "feature".
Bruh... users should be able to check their emails and calendars offline. They could be saved locally using cache, like how Proton Drive handles files. I mean, isn't that the whole point of a desktop app? Right now, it feels more like a web app pretending to be a desktop app.
Hey nostr:npub1mea2vwcu06qf7e4x00wd902vj54qnn2jacq76ldntrgfhtvhlpqqrvqane what's the point of your Proton Mail, Proton Calendar and Proton Pass desktop apps if we can't access the data without internet connection?
You may not realize this, but the people you love are your biggest weakness. When an enemy knows you are strong and resilient, he will likely target your loved ones instead.
The best thing I ever did was stop sharing details about me and my life with others. Most people don't care, some secretly want me to fail, and a friend of today could be an enemy by tomorow. A private life is a happy life.
What's stopping you from switching to Linux?
You don't need to touch terminals. You don't have to be a geek to use Linux. Distros like Zorin OS mimic Windows appearance and user experience, making the transition almost seamless.
Most software you are currently using on a daily basis are also compatible with Linux, and there are FOSS (free and open-source software) alternatives for everything. You can also run Windows apps directly on Linux, using the Wine compatibility layer, that comes pre-installed on Zorin OS. If you are into gaming, most Steam games are also playable on Linux.
Linux offers greater privacy, security, performance and freedom than Windows or MacOS. What's your excuse for not exiting them?

You won't see me posting a lot, my approach is quality over quantity. I do not use #nostr for chatting purposes, this is why I avoid replies, reposts and "GM" nonsense as these can clutter up my profile feed and make it hard for users to find my good stuff.
Every once in a while, some new user discovers my profile and goes on a long spree liking all of my previous posts, reinforcing that my approach is working.
Apple is killing web apps (PWAs) in the EU, under the guise of "security reasons" (obviously!), and fake-privacy influencers like Techlore are freaking out and urging viewers to contact the European Commission and politicians about this ahahaha!
It's mind-boggling how people still can't see they're trapped in Apple's cage and would rather beg to politicians than just exit.

It might be a good idea to think twice before telling your fiancée/wife about your #bitcoin stash, unless she's a #bitcoiner aswell. You don't want to risk losing half of it in a divorce down the road.
You can't silence me, I have Nostr as my voice.
You can't control me, I've unplugged from the matrix.
You can't impoverish me, I've left the fiat system behind.
You can't steal from me, my worth is not measured by material possessions, but by what I carry within my mind.
You can't buy me, I live by my own moral code and values that money can't sway.
You can't intimidate me, I'm getting stronger every day, both physically and mentally.
You cannot stop me, I will keep moving forward, even if I die, even after death.

🔸 Do not disclose your full address – country/state or city is enough.
🔸 Do not disclose your full name – first and last name is enough.
🔸 Do not disclose your age or birth date.
🔸 Do not disclose the exact dates of your employment at a company – focus on the duration instead.
🔸 Do not disclose the specific locations of your past employers – company name is enough.
🔸 Get a separate phone number specifically for work-related stuff.
🔸 Use a disposable email address for job-related correspondence.
🔸 Skip listing hobbies – they are not relevant to recruiters.
🔸 Do not include a personal photo, obvious.
🔸 Do not upload your resume/cv file online.
🔸 Avoid disclosing your phone number on your resume/cv – most recruiters communications nowadays are done via email or LinkedIn.
🔸 List only relevant job experiences rather than including every past position.
🔸 If you use LinkedIn, manage your privacy settings by setting your profile to private mode.
Find balance between discretion and disclosure. No one cares you worked at McDonald's 15 years ago while applying for an IT job. You don't have to disclose every single detail about your life. If a recruiter requests too much personal information, you can either exit, or simply lie (they won't fact check anything).
In general, concise resumes are more effective, so focus on essential information to increase your chances of selection while safeguarding your privacy.
Once you secure a job, disable your LinkedIn account and contact all companies you submitted your resume/cv to and request the deletion of your personal information.

Exactly, the EU could have simply required websites to honor the Do Not Track (DNT) request, rather than compelling them to compromise user experience with stupid intrusive cookie banner pop-ups that almost no user understands.

Your device connects to cell towers even without a SIM card inserted. A SIM card is only used for authentication to the network. You can disable connections to cell towers by enabling airplane mode.

If you are making #btc fiat price predictions like "I think Bitcoin is going to $200K", it shows that you haven't understood #bitcoin yet.
You cannot assign a price to absolute scarcity. It will go up for ever because you cannot measure the value of absolute scarcity using monopoly money like fiat.
A more accurate and fitting prediction for bitcoin's fiat price is simply: $infinity.
If we ever find ourselves in a situation where we were compelled to fight each other, as in a World War 3 scenario, please remember this:
I did not fight for myself, my ruler, or my nation. I fought for my son, his sons and their sons.
Laser eyes have a much more powerful message than just being bullish on Bitcoin. It's a life philosophy. It means Focus.
I have a wide range of interests spanning numerous topics, but I understand that it's not feasible for me to excel in everything. I can't master every subject. I can't be a pro at everything.
I believe that focusing on one area and striving to be the best within that area is the key to achieving success. You find a focus area to concentrate all your energy on, you ignore everything else, and you execute. That's the laser eyes message.
I am laser-focused on one particular thing – #bitcoin.
Cookies should just be a browser setting, not some annoying banner on every single site. A normie will always click "Accept" (he just wants the stupid pop-up to go away), and a privacy minded individual will always click "Decline" no matter what. No one deals with them on a case-by-case basis, no point asking for every website.
