Bitcoin achieved this years ago and is far more likely to achieve global recognition (as it's unaffiliated with any particular bloc) and to remain immune to political pressure (for the same reason).
If Bitcoin is not already effective in this role, why does UNIT (https://unitfoundation.org/) seek to raise 1000 BTC for its IDO? 🤔

ideas for Nostr:
1) Taproot Asset shitcoins as post punishments. Post dumb stuff and inbox gets spammed with XRP tokens.
2) PFPs provably linked to UDAs ("Bitcoin NFTs") on Diba.io. A step up from the current state of play, where even NFT owners use a right-click save version on their social media profile.
